Musketeer - Tab Manager & Workspaces

Musketeer respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension accesses, stores, and does not share.
Musketeer does not sell your personal information, does not use your data for advertising, and does not include third-party tracking code inside the extension itself. Musketeer does not collect keystrokes, passwords, form inputs, or page content.
Musketeer stores certain data locally using Chrome's extension storage in order to provide its core features. This may include:
- active tab URLs used for split layouts, saved workspaces, and auto-restore
- workspace names you create
- layout settings such as split ratios and monitor-specific layout preferences
- theme, changelog, and other UI preferences
- Pro-related settings such as auto-restore preference and cached paid status
This locally stored data stays on your device unless removed by you, your browser, or by uninstalling the extension.
Musketeer uses tab, window, storage, and display information only to power features such as splitting tabs into windows, restoring saved workspaces, combining windows back together, remembering layouts, and showing the interface correctly on your display.
Musketeer does not use this information for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Pro purchases are processed by ExtensionPay. Musketeer does not receive or store full payment card details. ExtensionPay may process account or transaction-related information as needed to provide payment services under its own privacy policy.
Musketeer may locally cache whether Pro is active so that Pro features can work properly.
Musketeer requests the following Chrome permissions:
tabs - to identify and move tabs for split and restore features
windows - to create, resize, focus, and combine windows
storage - to save preferences, layouts, workspaces, and Pro settings
system.display - to size layouts correctly for the current monitor
These permissions are used only to provide Musketeer's functionality and not for advertising or unrelated tracking.
Musketeer does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking code inside the extension itself.
However, Google may provide aggregated analytics and reporting through the Chrome Web Store and related Google services, such as extension installs, uninstalls, listing visits, countries, languages, and similar store performance metrics.
Musketeer does not use these services to track your browsing activity within the extension.
Musketeer does not transmit your saved workspace data, tab URLs, layout data, or browsing activity to the developer. Except for payment processing through ExtensionPay and aggregated reporting provided by Google through the Chrome Web Store, Musketeer does not share your information with third parties.
Data stored by Musketeer remains on your device until you remove it. You can clear saved workspaces and preferences within the extension, clear extension storage through Chrome, or uninstall the extension to remove locally stored data.
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
